Deficient Players:
One Hit Wonder

Deficient means a player who just doesn't have potential in the game, and has plateaued at a low level and has no chance of improving.
Think about a midget basketball player, a legless runner, deaf musician, or a blind painter.

In One Hit's case, his mom was probably drinking alcohol when she was pregnant or dropped him on his head during developmental times.

So Voltaic... what's not so cool about you is that when I come on to the general map, you switched from your general rank 5 Blue tank to a Purple guest tank, and I was going to promote myself to a cappie and you waited till I low fuel a blue Sergeant bot before you snatched my promotion. Then you spam me with "Is that the best I could do?" & left like a puussie.
Seriously, you like to annoy people on purpose? That's a really garbage move. You definitely do not play like a Top 5.
