NEED HELP. I sent a message using the contact link but haven't heard back yet. I can't figure out my accounts password. When I try the forgot password option, it says it sent an email to me but I never receive it (I've looked in all the folders in my inbox).

Need help. Account recovery not working. I'm trying to recover my previous account but the forgotten password service won't send me an email. I've tried several times and the page says that I've been sent an email, but I never receive it. I've also emailed support and they won't respond. Thanks.

ClydeMachine, brace yourself. It's not exactly a community bristling with friendliness and intelligent discourse. I've been on and off over the last few days and have seen nothing but immature banter and groups of players swarming the map killing people. And you wonder why the game is dead, and has been for years...
