You can rank a corporal bot to sergent. Here's some tip : find a corp with lots of fuel around him and make sure to have full armor. Shoot him once with single shot and then let him shoot you till he rank up using the fuel around him or your shield if needed. As for other rank, I believe they either rank themself up or people give them free kill. If more people play and we can do raid the rank up will become easier
