The point we were making, which was missed, was that you are saying "regardless of ping speed". If everyone was using x5 then you cannot disregard ping. If everyone is using it then you have no added advantage.

@Csst, x5 was a form of speedhack used in the old days. Well before Tankpit. It was used by virtually everyone. It was a form of cheating.
And no, this or anything like this is not being used in the community today. Some people like getchya will cry foul but I assure you no one is cheating.
