Everyone
Does anyone play this game using a tv or having a laptop hooked to one? Curious if anyone has tried it. I know it works but is it effective.

We don't need extra birds flying around, FlappyBird is enough. Anyways, I used to play the game back on bonus and it's pretty awesome seeing it back in action. Anyways, let me know if I do anything else to offend ya -__- lol

Don't worry about what people say. Everyone in this game loves to whine about players who don't play the way THEY want to play. Just ignore them, do what ever you want and have fun.
As for getting raided, make sure you know where fuel is ahead of time. scope your screen to a direction (if you have time) use a radar, fire ONE shot and then teleport to a fuel that you know is secure. just practice this over and over. Eventually you'll get the hang of it and you'll be able to get 2 or 3 shots off before moving

Anything more than 4 people raiding you as an inexperienced player is difficult. It takes some practice, and a lot of deaths. Try to observe other people when they are being raided (like Warrior) and see what they do. A good tactic for me, is teleporting accurately so you land on a fuel, and hopefully it is not a ghost fuel. Be wary of mines, you are better off teleporting then moving your tank in a raid. If you master the fast reaction time of going into map and clicking on a fuel precisely and very fast you can save yourself a lot of damage and shields. Don't be too quick to use shields, but realize that it takes a while for them to register so don't use them too late. Taking raids can be a lot of fun when you get the hang of it. Have your goal to not only survive, but to fight back and use up all your duals. Any raid where I use up all my duals is a successful raid. Take advantage of rocks and obstacles so that more people have to use missiles then duals.

I know you can take some serious raids and you have my respect. That being said i find it hard to believe that while MZ and i were shooting you, when you were out of shields, and were 2 shots from death, you randomly go uncontrollable and then leave the game. Any explanation for that before i jump to conclusions ?

Tournament advice for new players:
Hi new players, welcome to tankpit or welcome back if you used to play 'back in the day.' I would like to give a few pieces of advice to better your tournament experience:
1.) Fill up your equipment at the beginning rather than go straight for shooting bots and filling up later.
2.) Play under a different name until you get good. Sometimes for experienced players, we might try to target some of the newer people for an easier kill... I know its not fair, but Tournaments are still a competition.
3.) Don't give up! It will take a LOT of tries to even get into the top 10, and then some to get into top 3.
4.) Have fun, I can't tell you how much my adrenaline is pumping for an hour straight every tournament regardless of how well I am doing.
