There is no real way to accurately gauge your own or anyone else's pph because the points are not recorded (like in the battlefield days) when you check your stats in game. Not that stats (including pph) are all that crucial to me as a player; I just enjoy fighting other tanks! To answer your other question: it's best to ask someone on the bulletin board if you want to know the specific stats they have accumulated on their tank. Hope this helps.

@ HavingFun, No there is no way to see other players stats unless you are in contact with them. I suggest asking people here on the bulletin board to compare stats!
