Frinzee,
People have been saying it for years. It is a recommendation of playing on unknown tank names so people don't know who you are. That way you can figure out the bad strategies and good ones. You will always be a target because the community knows how much you cry about this same old tournament cheating and that you have never ever won a tournament yourself. Plan and simple, you're still a noob when it comes to tournaments.
