Yes, other than tournaments, there is only 1 available map and it changes randomly every day or few days. All stats are constant and transfer throughout the maps.

Hi FaLLeN. I will speak on my own observations as I lack intimate knowledge of the workings of this website.
Your tank does transfer through the maps so long as you select the same color each time. The maps rotate on occasion but you'll usually only see one playable map at a time - there will be two if one is about to close (or rotate to the next map if you prefer to say it that way) or if there is a tournament. When entering a tournament, you will start as a recruit, but this has no effect on your tank/rank for the every day maps.
