EMP shot would be too easy for people to kill each other, I say rather than measurement in seconds, we should reduce the freeze period down to number of user moves, say two for starters. So when EMP is activated, it would release and the opponent would freeze for x number of moves, while you can keep dualing that tank. I agree players should not be able to hold lots of EMP, otherwise everyone would be killed much MUCH quicker. "That was whack!"

No joke, you have to be the most annoying player on tank pit. Your constant moving and playing stupid games with obstacles on the map just makes people dis-like you even more. Those cups and ranks mean nothing when you play the way you chose to.
