Poor guy accidentally his spectacles outside his most humble abode during an extremely bright day at just the right angle during a bitter cold Canadian winter day causing the beam of sunlight to amplify in such a way that when it hit his person, it caused him to spontaneously combust leaving only ashes on a once bright spot of humanity.
