You should send in bugs and stuff via the online form in the CONTACT page (link for it is at the top-right of this website). If you document a bug well, and report it, you might be awarded a Defender of Truth shield. There are other special awards you can get as well; you should check out the basic guide, and the advanced topics guide.

NightShire, thank you for contacting me (TP Admin). I believe you are mistaken if you think you saw purple-9 as sergeant. The only bot tanks that can rank up to sergeant are the corporal bot tanks. They have -1 or -2 next to their name. Sergeant bots are more advanced than normal bots. They are programmed to try and re-fuel, this makes them harder to deactivate. I suggest planting mines to trap them and eventually deactivate them.
