Closing programs and apps is about the only way. Might trying searching tp boards elsewhere. Ping is decided on your internet connection and distant from the server.

atm PING is a huge issue Frinzee is OUT.. ;/.. ill check in an hope that ping goes back down to its orginal state day to day for awhile an keep trying for my rusty and specials hope to see yall on the field again soon.

bro I had this ping/lagging problem at first too...
1.) I cleared my browser history/cache all that stuff
2.) started playing in https:// in incognito mode
and after both of those my ping went from avg 80-120 sometimes going above 600 (I saw it over 1000 once) to under 50 at almost all times!
a few guys around here gave me some other helpful tips too -- hold space bar instead of clicking like a spaz when shooting.. this one helped me tremendously!! (thanks silentstrike lol)

-Used a wired connection, not WiFi.
-Search for Leatrix Latency Fix. Download and run it (read about it first to make sure you want it).
Those two things may help. Sadly, the main thing that usually causes high (slow/bad) ping is distance---closer to the server you are the faster you'll be.

the hell with my ping lag its GONE for the most part now im back like a damm heart attack THANK GOD !
