First off, not sure what is in this message that is getting flagged.... before tankpit, (bonus), days there were times when I knew I was definitely getting deactivated, just a matter of when. DSL was always dominant over dial up. It would make for better 1 v 1 play if there was some sort of speed bias, whether based on rank or other factors.
