I've always said that Everyone should be on it, not just a select few. How is that bad if everyone has the same enhancement which simply moved everyone faster? This is the part that makes me laugh when discussed. I was always apposed the few having it, which I was never part of that few, I wanted everyone to have it built into the game interface. IT IS NOT A CHEAT AT THAT POINT WHEN ALL HAS ACCESS IT IS CALLED AN UPGRADE TO THE GAME.

I agree with you Renegade the game can't support 2 servers the way it is. The way it is is why it is so dead. It was an opinion to make it better. Speed hack wasn't even the topic but everyone has thrown the discussion that way. I was simply pointing out the speed was an enhancement to the game.
Sorry everyone for enjoying it but I don't feel bad for that! First I was lied to for probably 10 years that it didn't exist and once I got it for some reason I get the hassle.

90ms ping to TP servers at best, 32GB memory Dell Rugged Extreme laptop, 50mb/16mb cable modem. Not a bad setup I would think for this 2D game. If I see players moving at 2 to 3 turns per 1 of mine in screen and it has always been explained by TP as a ping issue (basically under 20ms ping is what they said to me will be that turn rate). How is that Renegade? If I didn't anticipate everyone's moves as an experienced player does I wouldn't be able to mine you dudes guessing where you're going.
