ArChAnGeL, that's kind of a gray area. Some people will say never interfere with the raid and others will say it's fine/they're not gonna just sit around.
I personally take it case-by-case. If it looks like the raiders barely have enough to even get a kill, I'll usually just stay out of their way (unless they're bullies who never take raids themselves OR my color is also trying to raid someone).
But if it's a massive mob that's owning the map, I have no problem shooting them.

I was the one who got the last-second kill in the mob on the homing.
But I've been in your shoes before. Worse actually.
One tournament recently I went from #2 to #4 in the very last minute, and that was after being #1 for most of the tournament. It happens.
Keep working at it and you'll get that cup.

Watch the little bar on the lower right side of the toolbar. When the red bar fills all the way up to the top, it means you have enough points for the promotion. If it's yellow, it means you have the needed kill.
You can also press C to see how many promotion points you have.
Generally, you have to kill a tank one rank lower than you to be promoted.

Instead of calling everyone cheaters, how about you actually try to get good at this simple azz game?
Depending on if you're off screen or if you get longmoved, it might look like someone is making multiple moves/shots on you on rare occasions.
Some players are also just faster at the game. Calling someone a cheater makes you sound like a 12 year old playing Call of Duty.

A lot of the players are oldies but there is a mix of new players who never played BF as well.
Game is great because it's simple and nostalgic but also has a high ceiling for skill level.
If you want to help advance the game, consider making some WC submissions (article, video, etc.) and sharing them on other platforms/websites to spread the word.
