Keep getting better. Don't be afraid to take raids. Don't get discouraged.
Quad teleporting is a term used by whiners when they can't kill somebody. It's when you teleport 4 times in quick secession without fighting back. There are players that do this especially when they're trolling, but it's now used as an insult against players with too much skill against mediocre raiders.

When people shoot you don't run not everyone is trying to kill you. When I would shoot you it was for points that is all. There is no need to worry about a quad tele.
